[Movie] The Maze Runner

0

Hello readers,
Have you watch the new movie that just out in cinema, The Maze Runner? I would highly recommend to you guys should watch it! The movie was totally awesomeee.. The excitement, the curiosity of the maze to the audience was totally successful presented. The down part of this movie is i feel that other character beside Thomas is not fully attach to audience. Anyway the story line is refreshing as i was totally deep into it. Btw, i would join Gally to stay at the glade rather than find a way out at Grievers nest. No way in hell, i should sacrifice my life when my little heaven just destroy by that thing last night.
Are you dare enough to challenge this maze?
I havent yet read the book. As soon as the movie end, i went to search it at a few books store & the book sequel is all totally sold out. The curiosity of the next sequel making you cant stop thinking to know what will happen next!! I mean.. wow, the next sequel will be the 2nd test at a desert city and its totally thrilled the audience of whats will happen next !!!
Movie synopsis from wiki,
Teenager Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) wakes up to find himself without any memory of his past in a place called The Glade, the center of a giant maze inside of which live vicious creatures called Grievers. The Glade is inhabited by other teenage boys, all of whom have no memory of their previous life, and who, as a group are working to engineer an escape. Periodically the doors to the maze open allowing the boys to go into it. However, they also close without warning and no boy who has ventured inside has ever survived a night in the maze. But everything begins to change when the latest arrival turns out to be a girl, Teresa (Kaya Scodelario), whose thoughts Thomas can read. Together, they form a special bond and, along with the other boys, they launch a desperate bid for freedom.

My favourite actor in the movie is the co-leader of The Glade, british boy Newt act by Thomas Brodie-Sangster. Totally a cutie pie, make my heart fluttering entire the movie ///>_<\\\

I would rate this movie, 7 / 10.  Highly recommend to watch^^

Would this mash up be fun? Hahahaha, The 4th test.. Hunger Games

Are you guys excited to go to Nepal? Yeayyyy.. me too. Our flight is at noon, but look at all the sleepy face hehehe. We took an early morning bus from our hometown which took 4~5 hours drive to KLIA2 and arrived around 6am in the morning. Very tired mah.... TT__TT

Sleepy, early rise in the morning at KLIA2

World Best Low Cost Airlines, AirAsia "Now, everyone can fly~~~" is our flight choice to Kathmandu, Nepal. This is my 1st time in KLIA2. The place was huge... no more last minute arrive at the airport, since we need to walk for 30 - 50 minutes to our departure gate from entrance gates. T0T really far..huhuhuhu.

The plane ride was comfortable & a bit bumpy when hit the cloud, the food is good. When we enter Nepal airspace, you can see beautiful mountain, hill & river view so magnificent from the window. It took 6 hours to arrive from Malaysia.

Bonus: There is a handsome korean male flight attendant <3 <3 <3
Landed!! Nepal, im HERE^^
Mountain view from airport, Kathmandu is surrounded by it.
As soon as we landed, its photo time!!^0^

We were greet by our tour guide & driver from HolidayNepal.com at the airport & took us to our own choice of hotel. Shangri-La Boutique Hotel nearby Thamel Street (famous shopping district). The place was quite, peaceful, nice & cosy. No elevator, luckily our room is at groud floor T0T. The staff were helpful, available to speak english fluently & even chinese too.

Our sweet hotel, near Thamel Street
After we finish check in, our guide took us to Patan Durbar Square which is situated at the centre of Lalitpur City. Patan Durbar Square is one of the 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Check wikipedia for more information... My cousin is a photographer & he said Nepal is like a heaven to them with a lot of exotic, unique & scenic scene to capture.

Our sweet tour guide, Mr. Prakash
with my mum, enjoy the beautiful World Heritage
Then we move to our next location which is Swayambhunath Temple or known as Monkey Temple is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. It is known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the north-west parts of the temple.

Wishing well, make a wish.. throw syiling to bowl then your wish will come true.

Highlight of the visit!! Monkey swimming pool \ ^0^ / There is a lot of tons monkey there, please be careful & dont give them anything. Here is Monkey pool, where the monkey play, swimming, dive leisurely. Its very fun & entertaining to watch them^^
You can go check on my instagram, @nody_meow for insta vid of their playful swimming. Serious! Freakin, adorable cutie <3
From entrance, we need to climb for main temple
The main temple, my sis keep saying she watched documentary about this place at National Geographic.
#np Rain - Rain, is falling down! LOL
On top of the hill, the view of Kathmandu was breathtaking, sadly the moment we arrived.. rain started to poured down. So no more pic & this is the end of our day 1 tour. During our trip, its the raining season in Nepal, July to August. My driver recommend  to visit Nepal for best season in March & November.

During our drive in Kathmandu city, below photo left a deep impression for us. A bunch of tangled cable & still people can lived comfortably with it. Please noted, that Nepal at night always blackout. No electricity, people usually used their own generators at night. Dont worry, mostly hotel has their own generators too... make sure you charge your phone, camera asap when electricity is available, bring your own plug extension if you have a lot of electronic device to charge.

Hello readers,

Last weekend.. during Merdeka week i went a putoff/last minute trip cuz my USS tix i puchase during Matta Fair will expired soon asap :P

How to go to USS
  • By car, park at JB Sentral for RM12 per day
  • By bus from KL, choose bus last stop at Woodlands checkpoint

From JB Sentral,

> Find USS bus service as it takes you straight from JB Sentral to USS & return trip.(very cheap & easy)
> Go to JB checkpoints and take Causeway Lines bus to Krinji MRT for RM1

At JB Checkpoints with my sister & my cousins

Krinji MRT to USS

Follow the Orange Star lines and get yourself to the final destination at Harbour Front. You will arrive at Vivo city mall & go straight on top of the floor to catch Sentosa Express for 4 sgd / return trip. If you want to save money... you can walk to Sentosa island from Vivo City around 20 minutes. As USS front door is the 1st stop u arrive.

Arrive at famous USS world trademark ^0^
Return Trip

Get yourself arrive at Krinji MRT.

> By car, take Causeway Lines (Yellow bus) for 1 sgd to JB checkpoints.
> By bus, take SG Transit bus around 1sgd - 2sgd to Larkin Bus station.

At Kranji MRT station waiting lines going to JB

How to buy MRT ticket.

For me, to save my time... i buy Ez-Link card, its function same like touchngo card. You can buy at convenience store at Krinji MRT for 10 or 12 sgd. Which is enough for whole day trip if you wish to only go to USS. If not enough, you can just topup at the station ^_<

My Trip Story

This is last minute plan trip. On 24 August, we met a far far away singapore relatives during one of my relative wedding & decided to meet them during our trip. We arrive pretty late at USS around 1pm.... i on the verge of tears thinking of a lot of people, long queue, empty stomach. but surprise, surprise^^ There isnt a lot of people on that day( 3oth August)!! Yeay... the queue for each ride doesnt take too much time, around 15-30 minutes!!

Happy faces at USS yoohoo~~~~~
The fast roller coaster Battlestar Gallatica still closed, geez it has been a few years already & this is the main attraction here... i missed a few main rides so thats mean i still need to come here again. Yeay hahahaha

Here, a pic of my cousin shopping tshirt. Well if you come here.... it is like a must item must buy lol. and psssss.. if u use credit card.. for master u get 15% while visa u will get 10% for non-discounted item at their gift shop. And you can claimed the GST tax only at Changi airport too... yeay!!!

At the end of the day, we decided to walk back to Vivo city as it only takes 20 minutes walking while you need to wait for 50 minutes for the Sentosa express as it was crowded with everyone going home. Thankfully, the walk is paid off as we get to enjoy the beautiful singapore bay scenery.

My mum, sister & ma cousins...enjoying the night view
Then we met our far far away relatives in Singapore & got treat at one of the delicious food stall somewhere in Singapore neighborhood. Seriously.. the food was freaking delicious, nyum nyum~~

Must try food
  • mee goreng singapore
  • pasembor
  • lamb chop/stick (no sure name correct tho, mamak one... this is seriously awesomeeee)
  • rojak

Hava a nice holiday everyone & goodbye USS, I will come again ^______^
